1) Tell us a bit about your company and where you’re based?
Style and Tone is a ladies only fitness, image and beauty studio and the first independent power plate academy in Birmingham. we are located on the outskirts of Birmingham in Cofton Hackett, near Longbridge.
2) What started you off in this line of work?
I decided to open the studio after frustration at larger gyms being a little impersonal and intimidating, plus when I lost a lot of weight I had forgotten how to dress as a thin person and so trained to be an image consultant. The studio has since evloved into being a Power Plate academy , a skin clinic offering Jan marini skin Peels and facials and a full range of beauty and holistic services- a little bit of heaven for women to escape from the hustle and bustle of todays busy lives.
3) What are your USPs that make you stand out from the crowd? Award winni style and tone offers a personal gym experience with the emphasis on getting results. We are the first independent power plate academy in Birmingham with staff qualified to level II- highets qulaification outsode if Power Plate. Wo offer everything under one roof, so women can come and escape for an hour and feel completely pampered.
