When I had a call from an American lady asking me to photograph a celebration of her family living in Broadway for 40 years, I though “Wow! I can’t wait to pack my bags and jet off abroad” Alas, she didn’t mean Broadway in America, but Broadway in the Cotswolds! “One day!” I thought.
The McTigue family have been living in the Cotswolds area for 40 years having emigrated from America to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, and every 10 years they have a family reunion to celebrate the fact. This year, like 10 years ago they chose Warwick Castle as the location to hold their celebration.
Before their meal they all had a tour of the castle, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

They even got to meet the Queen! (OK it was the waxwork model borrowed from Madame Tussaud’s)
The hostess, Diana McTigue.

One of the waitresses was part of the staff 10 years ago and fondly remembers Diana and her family.
